Player of the match:    Imrul Kayes (Bangladesh)

Umpires:        DJ Harper (Australia) and RJ Tucker (Australia)

TV umpire:        Aleem Dar (Pakistan)

Vital fourth wicket stand between Imrul Kayes and Shakib Al Hasan combined the basis for victory of Bangladesh, Bangladesh v England, Group B, World Cup, Chittagong, March 11, 2011
Shafiul Islam's outfit defeated England second time in 15 meetings as they made alive their World Cup campaign, they achieved an astounding victory over English team before Shafiul and Mahmudullah shared a futile 58-runs stand playing with glorious shots.
On a sluggish track in which runs had, for the most part, to be spliced, England batted first and were bowled out for 225 - a total that was no better than equality, and which owed everything to a chalk-and-cheese stand of 109 between Jonathan Trott and Eoin Morgan. In reply, however, and in fiddly dew-laden conditions that made the ball tricky to grip - particularly for their irritable spinner, Graeme Swann - Bangladesh were on cruise control at 155 for 3 in the 31st over, before a catastrophic run-out gifted their opponents a way back into the game. English outfit will play their last group match with West Indies with must-win situation on 17th March.
