Zimbabwean player Mawoyo out from World Cup Tournament

Tino Mawoyo Zimbabwe batsman has been ruled out from World Cup 2011 because of an abdominal muscle tear, so management has announced Terry Duffin as his replacement. Mawoyo played two one day internationals (ODIs) against Bangladesh in 2006, but he was decided to move out of the tournament due to some personal reasons.

His replacement Terry Duffin has played two tests and 23 ODIs for Bangladesh. He has scored three 50s in 50 over matches with an average of 24. He played an ODI for Zimbabwe in 2007 last time. He has very good record in domestic cricket. Mawoyo is the 7th player who is ruled out of world cup 2011 after the squads were announced. Ervine, Michael Hussey, Nathan Hauritz, Praveen Kumar, Sohail Tanveer and Eoin Morgan who are in the list of dropping out of the tournament.
